Foreman / crew leader

Landscape Construction Crew Leader

$25–$35per hour

Lead a crew of 2–4 people and bring beautiful landscape projects to life with quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience leading a landscape crew and completing quality projects on time
  • Skilled operation of mini excavators, skid steers, compactors, levels, dump trucks, saws, and landscape machinery
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Class A CDL preferred
  • Strong communication, reliability, self-motivation, and attention to detail
  • Work with the Shop Manager to keep equipment maintained

Laborer / crew member

Landscape Construction Crew Member

$21–$27per hour

Build lasting outdoor spaces alongside a dedicated landscape construction team. Equipment experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.

$18–$25per hour

Work with a close-knit crew to care for local properties and deliver outstanding service. Previous experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

$19–$27per hour

Keep driveways, parking lots, steps, and walkways safe through winter in Crosslake, Breezy Point, Nisswa, and surrounding communities.

  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to professional customer service
